2019 Corvette ZR1 Convertible

Published By

You could drive a Corvette. Or you could drive the fastest Corvette ever made. That’s what you’ll get in Chevrolet’s new ZR1 — and this one’s a convertible. With a top speed of 212 mph and 755 horsepower (at a curb weight of 3,618 lbs) “speedy” is an understatement. The rear Low Wing gives road gripping downforce with minimal drag and the 2.65-liter supercharger system generates more boost. Take your pick of a 7-speed manual or, a ZR1 first, an 8-speed automatic paddle-shift transmission.

And the rumble? Try four different rumbles. The bi-modal exhaust system lets you choose your ‘Vette’s voice, from Stealth (quiet) to Track (significant roar). As for the convertible top, you can open it up remotely, or convert to topless while driving up to 30 mph. While it’s strange to call a $124,000 car “affordable” this Chevy-made entry has the power to put a $300,000 Ferrari in its rearview. Learn more at Chevrolet.
