Macco Motors XJR1300

Published By

There is no doubt that custom shop Macco Motors can build spectacular Triumph project bikes. But for this particular build, they decided to step outside of their comfort zone a bit and build their own cafe racer in-house from a 2006 yamaha XJR1300.

With no client and no timeline, Macco Motors began transforming the XJR1300 into a simple yet showroom-worthy unit one piece at a time including adding a new subframe, Suzuki GSXR 1000 forks, Tokico brake calipers, Ohlins shocks, a custom front fender and seat, and a 4-into-2 custom exhaust system by Escapes GR.
