What we love most about Machine Era Co is their uncanny ability to create what are undoubtedly the most handsome tools for everyday carry such as the KeySquare and our personal favorite Hidebound Bottle Opener. Their latest creation, the Machine Era Wallet ($33) doesn’t open bottles, but instead provides you a way to minimize the contents of your wallet without sacrificing form or function.

Available in high grade aluminum or brass, each wallet is fully machined from a solid block of material, after which the aluminum model is finished with a flat black anodized coating that adds a bit of durability and corrosion resistance. The wallets have a storage capacity of up to six cards along with an elastic band that holds any additional cash or cards—And at only a 1/4″ thick and a weight of only 1.3 ounces (aluminum) and 3.9 ounces (brass), you can say goodbye to unsightly pocket bulge for good.
