Jeep has announced a suitable replacement for their mid-sized class Liberty SUV, the newly redesigned 2014 Cherokee ($23,000). It features a nine-speed automatic, an industry-first rear axle disconnect feature for on-demand 4×4 and improved fuel efficiency, and three new 4×4 systems for optimum performance on trails, rocks, and the roadways in all weather conditions.
The luxurious interior breaks up the off-road monotony with a Uconnect system complete with bluetooth capabilities, an 8.4-inch touchscreen display, keyless entry, and a rear backup camera.
