For their latest creation, Chevrolet teamed up with surf brand Hurley to create the ultimate off-roading vehicle by the brand yet in the form of a specially-designed Colorado Z71.
Dubbed the “Ultimate Wave Wanderer” by Hurley, the new concept vehicle focuses on functionality and not only serves as a mobile beach command center, but also as a machine for surfers on the hunt for the perfect surfing location and features a custom rooftop surfboard rack, an onboard storage system, a bed-mounted wet-suit drying rack and storage system, and even water-resistant neoprene-like seat covers meant to stand up to wet surf gear and wet suits.
Under the hood will sit the same all-new, 308 horsepower 3.6-liter V-6 engine found in the 2017 Colorado, along with off-road lights, a lift kit, Goodyear DuraTrac all-terrain tires on 17-inch wheels, a custom bedcover, and an integrated 4G Wi-Fi hotspot. Learn more at Chevrolet.
