Recently unveiled at the Detroit Auto Show as the first MDX sporting a front wheel drive option, the 2014 Prototype model of the Acura MDX features a sleeker, more aerodynamic design, a lower stance, longer wheelbase, improved fuel efficiency, and a roomier cargo space. It is powered by an all new direct-injected 3.5-Liter V6 engine with a six-speed automatic transmission generating a not-so-modest 300 horsepower. No details yet on the interior, however its safe to assume it will be fancier than the Honda Accord.
