The BAC Mono Supercar beat out the McLaren P1 GTR in a lap recently at the Anglesey Coastal Circuit track recently, due in part to the Mono’s 1,278 pound curb weight — nearly half that of the McLaren — and a 300+ horsepower 2.5 liter naturally-aspirated engine and lightweight carbon fiber panels.
For 2017, Briggs Automotive will offer the lightweight Mono with a few extras, which include a wider, more comfortable cockpit, an electric parking brake, a new five-stage stability control system, launch control, and automatic upshifting. It may be best on the track, but the Mono Supercar will definitely turn some heads on the strip. Learn more at Briggs Automotive.
