2017 Skynet Moto-Terminator Motorcycle

While you patiently wait for Terminator: Dark Fate to hit theaters (is it November yet?) feel free to take a detour to the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles for a look at the Moto-Terminator from Terminator Salvation. When John Connor, played this time by Christian Bale, needed a fast ride, catching and reprogramming the autonomous weaponized motorcycle was his chosen move.

Built by Trans FX, the custom fabrication shop that started out by building the new Batmobile for Batman Forever, the Moto-Terminator is a Ducati with the original frame, engine, and tires that’s outfitted like a post-apocalyptic, robotic killing machine on two wheels. It’s on display now at the museum, alongside other vehicles of cinematic sci-fi fame, like the Back to the Future Delorean and the bike from Tron.
