Harley-Davidson certainly needs no introduction to bike enthusiasts around the globe, but their newest addition to the lineup is turning heads. For the first time ever, Harley-Davidson is entering adventure bike territory with the Pan America Adventure Touring Motorcycle.
Although it is currently only a prototype, the Harley-Davidson Pan America Adventure Touring Motorcycle dares to be different. Many wandering souls find serenity riding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle. Harley-Davidson expands that experience with the Pan America, offering spirited exploration both on and off-road.
The Harley-Davidson Pan America Adventure Touring Motorcycle features a new 1250cc V-Twin engine. Industry rumors suggest this liquid-cooled engine produces 145 horsepower with 90 lb-ft of torque. The fully-upright seating position of the Pan America gives riders a good ADV bike perspective for their journeys. An adjustable windscreen and full wrap-around hand guards provide additional convenience wherever the path takes you.
Harley-Davidson kept the design of the Pan America Adventure bike consistent with the brand’s style, even though this is not one of their traditional cruisers. One look at this bike and you will see it is a Harley-Davidson and not just a clone of other ADV bikes on the market. Final details have yet to be released, but the prototype features Brembo brakes and a lot of off-road capable equipment.
With an expected release at some point in 2020, this ADV bike brings something new to the Harley-Davidson family. Get ready to explore with a bike that will help you find your sense of adventure, no matter where the Harley-Davidson Pan America Adventure Touring Motorcycle takes you.
