2020 Land Rover Defender

For the first time since 1997, the Land Rover Defender (L663) will be made available to the US market starting in 2020. The Defender will see its first completely revamped update since 1983. The updated Defender is moving on from all technology and components found in earlier Defender models in an effort to push the off-road icon into the future. Unlike the previous models, the body will be an aluminum unibody instead of a body-on-frame construction.
There are many customization options available on the 2020 Land Rover Defender to make it your own. The British company Land Rover has made the Defender available in two different body styles. The 3-door Defender 90, or the 5-door Defender 110.
Land Rover offers four different accessory packs known as the Explorer, Adventure, Urban, or Country options. Each of these accessory packs sport different features and accessories. All 2020 Defender models will unveil the debut of Jaguar Land Rover’s Pivi Pro infotainment system, accessed through a 10-inch touch screen on the center of the dash.
For more customization, Land Rover will offer four different engines to choose from when building your ideal Defender. One engine offered, the P400, is a 3.0L 6-cylinder turbo petrol mild hybrid packing 395 bhp. All Defenders will be fitted with a ZF 8-speed automatic transmission paired with a 2-speed transfer case.
