When Ford made the decision to produce a crossover SUV electric Mustang, few people knew what to expect. More details have emerged on the upcoming 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E and there is a lot of buzz building within the industry. The all-electric Mustang Mach-E features four doors while promising plenty of acceleration thrills with zero emissions.

With available all-wheel drive, front and rear electric motors are able to distribute power to each wheel individually when necessary. The extremely spacious interior offers a lot more room than previous Mustang generations had.

In the past, Mustangs featured gasoline engines under the hood. The 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E features 4.8 cubic feet of storage space under the hood instead. This Mustang features plenty of cargo space, especially when compared to previous generations of Ford’s pony.

Most Mustang enthusiasts want to know more about the performance of the Mach-E. Although final numbers are not officially available yet, Ford expects most AWD editions of the Mustang Mach-E to be capable of mid-five second 0-60 mph acceleration. With an estimated driving range of 270 miles between charging, the 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E promises to be capable and versatile.

Ford is making a limited run of first edition 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E vehicles available. These special first edition Mustangs feature an exclusive body paint color, red brake calipers, and unique stitching throughout the interior. Ford is not going to offer access to these first edition models forever, but they are available to reserve now. Don’t miss your chance to be one of the first Mustang Mach-E drivers on the road.
