Head over to RM Sotheby’s and you’ll find all manner of cars both classic and modern that look just as beautiful on the page as they do in person. One vehicle in particular has had us unable to look away for several days now, so we decided to share it here with our six loyal readers.
The car in question is the 2024 Porsche 911 ‘Turbo Remastered’ by Porsche Sonderwunsch. This one-off model not only celebrates 50 years since the original 930-generation 911 Turbo was revealed at the 1974 Paris Motor Show, but also pays homage to the 1974 Porsche 911 Turbo gifted to Louise PiĆ«ch, daughter of Porsche founder Ferdinand Porsche — the first road-ready 911 with forced induction turbocharging.
The model features a sliver exterior and a tartan interior in lipstick red just like the original, the original Austrian autobahn decal on the right-front wing, and black five-spoke wheels reminiscent of the Fuchs alloy design of the time. This special edition Porsche will be sold through an RM Sotheby’s online auction that takes place from November 20 to November 24. The car is expected By RM Sotheby’s to fetch between $330,000 and $430,000.
