For their 100th birthday, Aston Martin has gone nostalgic, bringing back some of the glory from their iconic 1950’s DBR1 model in the form of the CC100 Speedster Concept. Designed and built over the course of only six months, the CC100 Speedster concept sports retro styling reminiscent of the DBR1, with the modern technology and design aspects of their current standards.
It boasts a carbon fiber and leather interior, full safety harness racing seat belts, sleek styling, and a presence that belongs in a new James Bond movie. Under the hood lies an Aston Martin 11 6.0 liter V12 engine coupled with a six-speed manual or sequential gearbox, good for a top speed of 180 mph. The CC100 Speedster is likely limited to only one car for the special occasion.
