Brabus Adventure 4×4²

Published By

Start with a giant, end up with a colossus. German tuning company Brabus specializes in upping the performance and style of Mercedes-Benz (with some work on Teslas and yachts on the side). What they started with this time is a G500 4×4 Squared, an off-road, 4.0 liter, V8 biturbo-engine G-Class that stands 7 feet 5 inches tall, is 6 feet 10 inches wide, and has a ground clearance of nearly 18 inches (thanks to ginormous tires and portal axles).

From there, the German tuners modded the engine to up the horsepower from a brawny 416 to a burly 550. Then they got to work on the outside. The paint job is a gloss slate gray (Grigio Telesto to be exact) with matte black add-ons everywhere — like a roof rack, cable winch, front protection grille, and spare tire carrier. A remote controlled retractable running board helps you clamor into your Adventure 4×4² (helpful if you don’t happen to be a NBA player).

What Brabus did to the interior is best summed up in one word: leather. Quilted leather seats, leather dash, leather front console, leather rear console, leather door panels, leather steering wheel, leather handbrake, leather gearshift — it’s got a lot of leather.

If this Brabus monster sounds like something you’d like to get to know, you can nab one in exchange for around $638k.
