The brand stakes its name on more than eight decades of crafting tough work boots, and the fact that they’ve now updated the Gritstone with modern materials — including a lighter insole board — means that the latest iteration of the classic boot is going to feel better and fit more comfortably while still giving you the toughness you need on the job. The Bi-Fit integrated heel shank and cushioned footbed back up the functionality of these boots, as does the oil-and-slip resistant rubber used in the new outsole.
