Farer Maze II GMT

Published By

A slightly understated model by Farer standards, the brand expands their style audience with the Maze II GMT, without alienating their core assembly who love a striking watch with a lot of personality. The dial and bezel feature an exquisite mix of loud and soft design elements, including the appropriately map-like grid design on the background (a softer element), and the hard outlines and pop of orange via the GMT hand (louder ones). The dual black-and-white bezel and playful sky blue indices, again very appropriate, are stark and striking, without being in-your-face.

Functionally, the Maze II runs on the Sellita SW330-2 movement, a Top Grade Swiss automatic with a 56-hour power reserve, that’s more than dependable enough for everyday timekeeping. Plus, that exhibition case back lets you admire that multi-layered, bejeweled, and multi-textured caliber at work.
