Field Notes Dime Novel Edition
We love it when a brand gets obsessive. Especially when they get obsessive over something seemingly inconsequential. Notebooks? Who needs a notebook when you have a phone? Field Notes invites a welcome return to the feel of pen gliding across paper. Really good paper. Sewn into quality covers. With a superb design.
The Dime Novel edition is heavily influenced by the look and feel of old pocket-sized paperbacks that were sold from the 1860s until about 1915. They were cheap, mass produced and wildly popular. Only one of those phrases can be used to describe the notebooks they’ve inspired. You get a 2-pack of 72 page notebooks with Strathmore Premium paper inside, sewn together with cotton wrapped thread and glued into durable 100# construction paper. The cover graphics and typesetting echo the original books, but the interior is blank so you can obsessively write your own adventure. – $13
