Clearly, Foster Watch Co. isn’t afraid to have fun with standard templates. What’s remarkable about the design language of the 11 Atmos Skin Diver, is that it does so without disrespect to the tried-and-trues of traditional diver design. It comes in a bright orange and a rich forest green, but even the black dial is lively, thanks to the illustrative indices, playful bezel font, and vintage-style crystal distortion that’s even visible from a bird’s eye view.
Nevertheless, all of the tell-tale signs of good construction are there. The brushing on the extra-strong PVD-coated black bezel is exquisite, while the overall finishing is flawless. Light hits the hands beautifully, providing a classy look and a quick, easy read of the time. And since 100 meters of water resistance just wasn’t quite enough, Foster Watch Co. gave this model a one-up of 110 meters.
