Garmin Descent Mk2S

Dive computers are one of those things that you just can’t skimp on. The Garmin Descent Mk2S features all of the Mk1 essentials, with standard-setting upgrades on the safety and durability front.

Its case is built from lightweight and corrosion-resistant fiber-reinforced polymer. Relatively new to the industry are the Mk2S’s inductive buttons. Unlike regular buttons, drilling holes aren’t required to install, making this watch fully leak-proof. Other safety features include a new decompression stop, safety stop, and a recovery advisor, all of which you can read on the enlarged 1.2-inch sunlight-readable sapphire crystal.

Whether you’re a freediver, recreational, or technical diver, you can review data from up to 200 dives and utilize the preloaded tides app. If you also enjoy dryland activities, several sport modes are available, along with the related sensors and trackers.

Finally, the Descent Mk2S boasts 30 hours in dive mode which can get you through a weekend of diving.
