After upgrading many F-150s over the years, the HPE (Hennessey Performance Engineering) team decided to take a crack at the 2020 version. By nearly doubling the stock horsepower (395) up to a 775 supercharged monster, the Hennessey Venom F-150 crushes the competition. To create all that extra power, the HPE team boosted the 5.0L Coyote engine by adding a 2.9L supercharger system to the F-150.
This beast of a truck is capable of blasting from 0 to 60 miles per hour in only 4 seconds. It can run a quarter mile in 12.1 seconds, reaching the finish line at 116 miles per hour. For a truck this big, that is nasty.
To help stop the Hennessey Venom 775 Supercharged F-150, the HPE team equipped the truck with massive Brembo 15.1 inch rotors with 6-piston caliper brakes in front. Although you’ll likely hear it coming, just in case you don’t, Hennessey lifted the Venom F-150 six inches and equipped the truck with 20” wheels along with 35” Toyo tires. You should be able to see this thing coming from a mile away.
