Australian company Patriot Campers have refined their flagship offering, the X1-Grand Tourer trailer, improving upon something that was already pretty awesome to begin with. First big change for the X1-H is the hardtop, with a built-in 130W solar panel that not only powers the LED lights throughout the trailer, it also supplies the power for the remote-controlled, automatic electronic actuators that open the trailer tent in about sixty seconds.
Inside you get a gel-topped mattress and a hex-patterned insulated lining to help regulate the temp. Once the tent is deployed, you can zip on the included change room, making a sort of first floor for your tent. On the left side of the trailer a large awning swings out to shade the slide-out kitchen that comes with pantry space, stainless steel workspaces, a plumbed sink, and a two-burner gas cooker.
