Collective Arts Brewing, out of the traditionally hard-working town of Hamilton, Ontario, has been pushing into the States with a much-welcomed breath of fresh air when it comes to the craft industry. With events from Chicago to Bushwick, it would seem they’re making their mark — in more ways than one.
The brewery merges uncommon partnerships with art and music with their varied and deep attention to delicious beers, from a guava gose to the enjoyable Ransack the Universe seen here. Using Galaxy and Mosaic hops for an enjoyable and easily drinkable IPA, we love the crisp, slightly sweet and full-bodied finish.
It’s reflective of a unique catalog — and a unique approach to brewing — that results in cool touches like custom art designs on cans, not to mention content on their Web site focused on monthly playlists and news from indie-minded musicians. Great music, great beer and cool art? That’s something we can get behind, and we applaud Collective Arts for their work. Oh, and the beer’s pretty darn good, too. – Learn More
