Sartorie Meccaniche Belva Motorcycle

Published By

Italian custom bike builders Sartorie Meccaniche created this one-off cafe racer from a rare model Buell X1 Lightning motorcycle. Aptly named Belva, which means “Wild Beast” in Italian, the bike was outfitted with a custom rear end, a lower, more aggressive riding position, a bigger, more efficient carburetor, and a fiberglass Norton endurance racing fuel tank. Additional parts of the bike were scrapped and replaced with parts that give the bike vintage appeal, such as the headlamp, Motogadget speedometer, and leather grips.
