Screwpop Cigar Punch

Screwpop Cigar Punch KeychainOur friends over at Screwpop were kind enough to send us a couple of their Cigar Punches to use and abuse this past weekend. And we did. Extensively. The Screwpop Cigar Punch is a handy piece of gear for men that enjoy fitting the occasional fine cigar and cold brew into their busy schedule. One end of the tool is a cap, which unscrews to reveal a stainless steel insert cigar punch, while the other end doubles as a keychain clip and a bottle opener.
We trusted the Screwpop enough to try it out on a $36 Cohiba 1966 EdiciĆ³n Limitada cigar, which resulted in a near-perfect cut. And since we can’t fully enjoy a high-end cigar without treating our palates to some hops and barley, we tested out the Screwpop’s bottle-opening capabilities as well. Although it feels extremely light in your hand, its aluminum body rendered it more than sturdy enough easily pop the top on every beer we tackled this weekend. 12 to be exact. Because hand-rolled stogies and cold drinks go great together, the Screwpop Cigar Punch makes perfect sense.
