Despite the overwhelming popularity of the tyvek-crafted SlimFold Wallet, its creators believed that they could make an even better wallet, which they did. It’s called the SlimFold Soft Shell Wallet ($40+). Currently on the crowd funding site Kickstarter, SlimFold’s new SoftShell Wallet ditches the tyvek and is instead built from a thin, stretchy material originally designed for motorcycle apparel that renders the wallet waterproof, stain resistant, impact resistant, and machine washable. Available for preorder in both a micro and original size.
