Spyker B6 Venator ConceptAfter a few years of lagging sales in a depressed economy, Dutch Sports Car Company Spyker has released details of its new concept car, the B6 Venator Concept, to the general public. At 3,086 pounds and a wheelbase of 171.4 inches, the B6 Venator boasts an overall similarity to the Porsche Cayman, but with aviation-inspired detailing and less plastic parts.
It boasts an all carbon-fiber body that sits atop an aluminum frame, with a V6 engine under the hood powering the rear wheel drive shaft, capable of 350 Horsepower, and a 6-speed automatic transmission.
Paying homage to the Aviation industry, the B6 Venator features 3D LED rear lights that resemble the propelling nozzle of a modern jet engine, along with their trademark radiator grille which houses the vintage 1903 Spyker Logo, and an aerodynamically shaped glass aircraft canopy that extends the length of the cab, minimizing drag and possibly inducing the feeling of sitting in the cockpit of a fighter jet. The interior of the B6 Venator abounds with quality leather and aluminum, with of course aviation-like instruments to round out the overall cockpit experience. Available next year.
