A rigid, steel ladder frame and GTS aluminum shocks get the tires gripping pretty tough terrain. It’s also got waterproof electronics, remote locking front and rear differentials and improved portal axles to give it the same ground clearance as a car with 1” taller wheels.
Portal axles also help eliminate torque twist that sends many RC cars flipping and shooting off the racetrack — all of which is to say this RC Land Rover Defender can go anywhere a real Land Rover can go, and probably some places it can’t.
