Five Malt is the latest addition to Woodford Reserve’s Distillery Series — a line of small batch concoctions created by Woodford Reserve Master Distiller Chris Morris. Inspired by the experimentation and creative flexibility exuded by microbreweries when brewing small-batch craft beer, Five Malt is distilled from five different beer malts including two row malt, wheat, pale chocolate, kiln coffee, and carafa malts then aged in recycled Double Oaked barrels for a period of six months.
