Up for auction is this rare 1996 Lamborghini Diablo VT Roadster, one of only around 200 ever produced between the years 1995 and 1998. Originally delivered to SBK Motorsport in Rome, Italy, in July 1996, this stunning vehicle remained in Italy until 2003, after which it made its way to Sweden before ultimately being imported to Belgium in 2016. The current owner acquired it the following year.

Finished in a striking Blu Scuro color with beige leather upholstery, this Diablo VT Roadster boasts a powerful 5.7-liter DOHC V12 engine that delivers its impressive output to all four wheels through a gated five-speed manual transmission. Notable features include pop-up headlights, a removable carbon-fiber roof panel, a rear wing, 18″ multi-piece OZ Racing wheels, Brembo four-wheel disc brakes, automatic climate control, an Alpine CD stereo, and an aftermarket exhaust system.

In 2017, the transmission underwent an overhaul, and a replacement clutch and modified viscous coupling were installed. The odometer currently shows 31,000 kilometers. The car is being offered for sale in Boxtel, Netherlands, through a dealer consignment and comes with factory books, a set of four 17″ multi-piece OZ Racing wheels with Pirelli tires, removed exhaust system components, Italian and Swedish registration documents, a clean Carfax report, and Belgian registration.

This particular Diablo VT Roadster features a Blu Scuro finish, along with a rear wing, pop-up headlights, fog lights, and a body-color carbon-fiber roof panel that can be easily detached. An aftermarket quad-exit exhaust system has been added, and the sale includes all of the original exhaust components.

The 5.7-liter V12 engine, equipped with dual overhead camshafts and electronic multi-point fuel injection, produces an impressive 485 horsepower.
