Bugatti increases the rev band from 6,700 rpm to 6,900. With an improved engine, the Pur Sport also benefits from a faster throttle response, leading to much better acceleration. The impressive engine of the Pur Sport offers an electronically limited top speed of 218 mph.
A larger diffuser and fixed rear wing add to the unique styling of the Pur Sport, while providing a large amount of downforce. By eliminating the hydraulic system for an automatically rising rear wing, Bugatti also reduced the weight of the vehicle. Engineers also helped shed weight with the introduction of the new 3D printed exhaust system and its threadfin exhaust panel. Outside the vehicle, the Pur Sport features a redesigned front bumper with bigger air intakes and a lower diffuser. The grill boasts a new, modified version of the well-known Bugatti horseshoe style.
