Essentials: Bruce Wayne
There exists no actual guide to the accoutrements that Billionaire philanthropist Bruce Wayne would choose to spend his inherited money on, as the Bruce Wayne character (and his after hours Batman alias) differs heavily in each Batman film to date. Given the dark aesthetic of the bat mobile, bat suit, and bat cave, we can only assume these are some of the things Bruce would buy if he were real.
From a blacked-out Porsche and unassuming Tudor Black Bay watch to a single malt Japanese whisky aged 18 years, if we were a billionaire playboy-turned-crime fighter, this is where we would start. A bat suit made from hardened Kevlar plates on titanium-dipped tri-weave fibers is optional, of course. We couldn’t find one online anywhere. If you happen to locate one, drop us a line.
The Yamazaki Single Malt Japanese Whisky Aged 18 Years
In 2005’s Batman Begins, Bruce travels the world for seven years training in combat, while immersing himself in the criminal underworld, eventually landing in a Bhutan prison in Asia. It only makes sense that he would pick up a bottle of The Yamazaki Single Malt Japanese Whisky before heading back to Gotham City to take on the role of Batman. After all, even the Dark Knight needs a proper nightcap after a long night of going head to head with the mafia.

Tudor Black Bay Steel & Gold Watch
Rolex’s little brother, Tudor, is both old school and unassuming — traits that Batman himself can appreciate when he’s not in his Kevlar suit. All of the vintage charm is there for the taking, such as the guardless crown and gold-lined details that offer a delightful hat-tip to the vintage dive watch aesthetic, while the brand’s iconic snowflake hands provide superior legibility.

Porsche 911 Carrera GTS Cabriolet
0-60 miles per hour in three seconds and a top speed of 194 miles per hour may not be the power needed to get Batman to the next scene of the crime before the Joker, but it’s plenty enough for Bruce Wayne to roll into his next black-tie gala in proper style.

Carl Friedrik The Carry-On X Luggage
With German engineering that includes an impact-resistant polycarbonate shell, 360° Hinomoto silent spinner wheels, and Vachetta leather detailing, the Carl Friedrik Carry-On X suitcase looks more like it came from the research and development sector of Wayne Enterprises than Huckerry’s online store.

Tom Ford Noir Extreme Cologne
Looking like a billionaire philanthropist playboy is only half the battle. If you’re Bruce Wayne, you’re walking into a party with a beautiful woman on each arm, so you have to smell the part as well. Tom Ford’s Noir Extreme fragrance provides a rich blend of sandalwood, amber, and vanilla for a “creamy, woody finish.”

Buffalo Jackson Glenwood Leather Driving Jacket
While driving around Gotham in the Porsche mentioned above, you’ll need a jacket to combat the elements should you decide to let the top down. Consider the Glenwood Leather Driving Jacket, a piece with a modern fit and thoughtful details like a YKK zipper, a quilted black lining, and buttery soft lambskin leather.

Pioneer Molecule Cardholder
Minimalist Batman is not, however Bruce Wayne only needs a few accoutrements to get from one event to the next, such as an ID, his trusty American Express, and a flask of his favorite bourbon. Pioneer delivers with the Molecule Cardholder, which stows 6 cards and some folded cash. Its 10X construction is both water repellant and stronger than steel, making it an obvious choice for Bruce Wayne, and the perfect accessory for a blacked-out Kevlar suit.
