A portion of the 16-year-old OBSV recipe lends a delicate fruit and rye character. 14-year-old OBSQ whiskey gives it a spicy rye and light floral tones, carrying through mainly on the nose. 12-year-old OESK gives it a rich baking spice base. And a deeply complex 16-year-old OESV finishes the entire experience with a delicate caramel note.
