One of Kershaw’s latest EDC knives to hit the shelves is compact yet capable Spline Knife. The slimmed-down knife was designed by Les George and is named after it’s many curves, specifically on the modified Wharncliffe blade’s spine and the BlackWash matte steel handle. The blade itself takes and holds an edge quite well thanks to a 8Cr13MoV blade steel construction, while a reversible pocket clip, lanyard hole, and Kershaw’s flipper action SpeedSafe assisted opening mechanism only add to the Spline’s overall functionality. – $31
