When you want to go fast, a Lamborghini is always a fine choice. Of course, pretty much any Lamborghini ever built looks like it is going fast even when it is stationary. The Lamborghini Huracán Tecnica is certainly no exception and when it comes to performance, this supercar is nothing short of exceptional.
Do you want to go from 0 to 62 miles per hour in just 3.2 seconds? If you love style and speed, this is the supercar you need. The Huracán Tecnica can even reach a top speed of 201.9 mph if you dare to join the 200 mph club.
Powering the Huracán Tecnica is the legendary 5.2L V10 engine. Lamborghini is now getting 631 horsepower and 417 pound-feet of torque out of their incredible V10 design. Driving any car with a form of this engine in it is a treat and hearing the screaming exhaust rumble at wide-open-throttle is a divine experience.
Some Lamborghini supercars are all-wheel-drive now but not the Huracán Tecnica. They elect to keep the Huracán Tecnica as a rear-wheel-drive bull which gives you a classic supercar driving experience. However, there is a lot of technology working behind the scenes to make this a pretty easy car to handle if you are comfortable with 600-plus hp.
For example, the Huracán Tecnica features rear-wheel steering which can really help you with handling through turns. There are also traction and stability control systems providing assistance. Lamborghini even uses torque vectoring technology in the Huracán Tecnica.
A seven-speed twin-clutch gearbox handles the shifts with ease although there are paddles if you want to take matters into your own hands. Lamborghini estimates the Huracán Tecnica will weigh about 3,500 pounds when it is all said and done. With a base price of $239,000, they should have no trouble selling this car to enthusiasts and collectors.
