Pelican Dayventure Sling Cooler

Published By

Giant coolers with triple-digit can capacites are awesome and they have their place — barbeques, epic car camping trips. But if it’s just you and a couple of friends taking a hike or hitting the river, something smaller is in order. Unlike boxy hard-sided coolers, The Dayventure Sling Cooler is meant to be carried and has the lengthy padded shoulder strap to prove it. The elongated shape makes it easier to haul and the cooler can handle up to twelve cans of beer, or four bottles of wine if you prefer.

Like everything Pelican makes, the Dayventure comes loaded with quality parts, like the leak-resistant zipper, the insulating high density foam, and the compression-molded base that lets the cooler stand upright for easy filling and accessing. It’ll work with ice, but was designed to work with one of Pelican’s 1-pound ice packs, which you can buy separately, or may already have on hand.
