Taylor Stitch Cuyama Leather Jacket

Although it can feel taxing and tiring to shop for colder seasons in the dead heat of summer, this approach pays dividends — we’ve long believed in this at GearMoose, and if you don’t yet agree, perhaps the rugged appeal and fall-ready style of the Taylor Stitch Cuyama Jacket will change your mind.

The latest nearly perfect menswear essential to hit digital shelves of the San Fran outfit’s pre-funding workshop, the Cuyama Jacket is an old-school throwback updated for the modern man. It’s a rugged cowhide leather jacket based on a vintage style unearthed by Taylor Stitch designers, and as such, the design is different than other leather jackets (although for what it’s worth, we love the Taylor Stitch Moto Jacket, too).

The Cuyama Jacket features under-collar corduroy detailing, plus dark horn corozo natural buttons, a flip-up collar, front welt hip pockets and the sort of tough design that’s just begging to be worn with the classics (I.E. A white henley and dark denim). We’d say it’s our favorite Taylor Stitch release yet, but you’ll just have to see for yourself.
