The One Bel Air Estate

Published By

The One Estate in Bel Air is a 105,000-square-foot modern castle placed on the top of the world, or at least on top of LA. Instead of a moat to keep intruders out, you’ve got a wrap-around moat pool to keep your friends entertained (and five pools in total, inside your palace and out). Instead of medieval roof battlements, this abode boasts clean contemporary lines that come together to form an artwork of a house, filled with neutral palettes meant to complement the landscape.

And there’s a lot of landscape to see: 360 views of the Pacific Ocean, downtown L.A., and the San Gabriel Mountains, for example. And inside of this epic experience? A nightclub, a salon and spa to help you relax after a long night at the nightclub, a 10,000-square-foot sky deck, and a private digital theater for 40 of your closest well-wishers, just to name a few. Definitely fit for a king. As the world’s most expensive residence, the opening bid is set at $295 million and bidding opens at the end of February.
