Gerber Commuter Folding Knife

Published By

Similar in concept to Gerber’s LST model, the Commuter is meant to be an easy-carry, lightweight folding knife. Gerber’s given this one a little more weight overall and a slightly larger size but still considers it a fit-any-pocket, add-no-weight type of knife.

They’ve added rubber grip inserts to the glass-filled nylon handle for a non-slip grip that looks like it means business. The lock back mechanism keeps the knife safely open when you’re using it and keeps your fingers clear of the blade when you close it. Additionally, it comes equipped with a high carbon blade with a fine edge and finger nick opening. The whole thing is designed and built in Gerber’s hometown of Portland, Oregon and is the knife we can see becoming a permanent fixture in your pack, pocket or whatever you carry on your particular commute. – Gerber Commuter Knife [31-003136]” target=”_blank”>Buy It
